To ensure the security of the personal data you provide to DEPROMINSA, the same criteria and the same degree of diligence that DEPROMINSA applies to safeguard its own information will be applied.

DEPROMINSA processes your personal data only for as long as necessary:

THE AGENCY OF ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, in its capacity as Control Agency of Law No. 25.326, is responsible for dealing with complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data.
