Ideas in Transformation: 8 winning projects announced

With the aim of promoting local talent and innovation in Jáchal, the company will provide comprehensive support to these entrepreneurs, thus strengthening the development ecosystem of the province.

As part of its commitment to local development and innovation, the Vicuña Project announced the eight winning projects to participate in the incubation process. The Community Relations area was in charge of the pre-incubation process and the contest for the selection of the applications. These projects, which range from technology and renewable energies to handicraft production, were chosen from a total of 14 applications, and the Lundin Foundation will be responsible for the incubation stage, as a strategic partner of Vicuña, to achieve the program's objective.


This initiative seeks to generate an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the community of the department of Jáchal, offering comprehensive support so that ideas with great potential become sustainable and competitive businesses. "We are very excited with the quality and vision of the selected projects. Each one of them reflects the talent and creativity that we want to promote in Jáchal, and their success will be a tangible sign of the value we create together," said Ana Cernuda of the Project's Community Relations team.

The selected projects are:


-Solar Incubator (Abril Bazán): Poultry incubation device with solar energy.
- Hydrosun (Facundo Espejo): Autonomous vehicle for water collection and distribution.
- X-Market Salud ( Eugenia Gómez): Digital platform for the connection between supply and demand of highly complex medical equipment.
- Cunicultura ( Santiago Doria): Production and commercialization of rabbit meat.
- Carpintería Geo Testigo (Ezequiel Ramos): Manufacture of handcrafted furniture and witness boxes for the mining industry.
- ATALAYA (Jeremías Páez): Strategic visual communication studio for SMEs.
- ABEYRA Indumentaria (Julián Ferreyra): Clothing brand with original designs that tell stories through QR codes.
- Sabores ConSentidos (Ariana Malla): Artisanal gastronomy venture that values local flavors.

 

This incubation program will not only provide the necessary tools for business management, but will also drive the growth and sustainability of each initiative, demonstrating that mining and community development can be strategic allies in building a prosperous future in the region.
