We open the call for business round for potential subcontractors of the area of influence

Within the framework of the bidding process for the Integral Food, Cleaning and Hotel Service on site, Vicuña will call for a business round with the potential bidders of the bid, aimed at companies in the area of influenceIglesia, Jáchal and Guandacol). This initiative seeks to promote local development and strengthen the link with the companies of the region. The activity will be held on July 14 and 15 at the Pismanta Node, from 10 am to 6 pm, and requires prior registration.
In this opportunity, the call is aimed at the following items:
- Foodstuffs (with current or in-process approvals).
- Hygiene and cleaning supplies.
- Work clothes and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Building maintenance and cleaning services.
- Authorized transportation of personnel and/or cargo.
- Laundry.
- Other items related to the main activity.

This space promotes direct interaction between bidders and potential companies in the area of influence interested in joining the value chain, offering their goods and services. In this way, prior to submitting their offers to Vicuña, bidders will have information to learn more about the possibilities of subcontracting and, ideally, include it as part of their Social Management Plan.
Its main objectives are:

What considerations should be taken into account to take advantage of this opportunity?
- Each local supplier will have a maximum of 10 minutes with each service provider. It is important that you can take advantage of this time by providing timely information about your business.
- If you bring samples of your products, they must be identified with company name and contact information.
- At the time of the meeting, we recommend that you provide a business card or detail of the service you provide to help the bidders remember.
- We remind you that this activity is for suppliers with fiscal domicile in Iglesia, Jáchal and Guandacol, and evidence may be required.
Each local supplier may attend the event with a maximum of 2 people, given space limitations.
