Vicuña strengthens the management of its value chain
As part of the preparation for the next stages of the Integrated Project, Vicuña will incorporate new functions in its supplier platform, expanding its scope and evolving towards a service that integrates advanced risk assessment and management processes. This step constitutes a key advance in the consolidation of a more robust, reliable and prepared value chain for future challenges.
The platform will be transformed into a comprehensive environment that will include instances of supplier analysis, early risk identification and a continuous monitoring system. This strengthening of management will be decisive to accompany the development of a large-scale project.
For this stage, after a bidding process, Vicuña hired InfoControl, a San Juan-based company that is part of the Achilles group. This alliance combines InfoControl's in-depth knowledge of the local context with the experience and international scope of Achilles. In this way, the territorial proximity and the local team are maintained, while incorporating global tools that reinforce traceability, reliability and transparency of processes.
Additional information on this development will be provided in the coming weeks. Companies already registered in the CODIN platform should not take any action at this stage. It is recommended to periodically consult the portal available on Vicuña's website: https://vicuna.com/portal-de-proveedores/, where all new developments will be published. The objective is to have clear, reliable and simple procedures.
The implementation of these improvements will be carried out in a progressive, orderly and safe manner, ensuring clear and timely communication in each instance.
