Through it, we identify opportunities for improvement and encourage the development of initiatives in harmony with the communities.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Through our active listening channels, we receive your inquiry, suggestion or complaint, evaluate it and refer it to the corresponding area.
Subsequently, we contacted you within the established deadline to close the procedure.
