More than 25 participants completed the training as Road Assistant in Iglesia

During the beginning of this year, Vicuña Corp. started with the Road Construction Helper Training Program. This initiative, designed to offer high quality technical and practical training, responded directly to the growing demands of the road construction sector. Within the framework of the Social Management Plan, coordinated by the Training Superintendence, the program culminated with the graduation of more than 25 participants, who now have solid tools to significantly expand their work horizons.
For this program, Unicorn (an educational-labor platform based in San Juan) was selected together with the participation of UOCRA, which was key in the delivery of the technical modules, providing its experience and expertise.
The training modules were developed entirely in the department of Iglesia, the CIC of Las Flores as the main learning center, and later, the module "Gabion Assembly" was carried out in the facilities of the Tourist Information Center of Villa Iglesia, taking advantage of its specific characteristics for this type of practical instruction. The program had an active and diverse participation of 25 people of both genders, reflecting the interest and commitment of the local community with the development of new skills.

The enthusiasm and commitment shown by the more than 20 attendees, who now have a valuable new training, have generated great satisfaction in the Training Superintendence. Given the successful reception and impact of this first cycle, new training sessions are planned for this year, reaffirming the commitment of Vicuña Corp. with the development of skills and the generation of opportunities in the community.
